Note: By the end of Counterpublic 2023, the boulders will become part of Weber’s permanent regenerative earthwork with a rainwater capture garden currently being built in Peace Park in the College Hill neighborhood of St. Louis. The earthwork will be permanently on view at the park.

Site Description: Memorial Plaza is a city park selected due to its proximity both to the Mill Creek Valley neighborhood and the MSD headquarters to act as a gathering space to contemplate the complex and vital role of water in the cultural landscape of St. Louis.
